I would like to thank the Cranford High School choir and Tom Pedas for a very memorable Mother's Day.

I was one of the fortunate ones to attend the Mass at Notre Dame Cathedral in Montreal on that day. The awe-inspiring beauty and massiveness of the cathedral was only enhanced by the melodious voices of the Cranford High School choir. They truly reafirmed music as the universal language of mankind.

The culmination of a year's work amidst tears of disbelief and hugs of accomplishment was an experience that will forever live in the hearts of the sutdents as well as mine. They can be very proud of themselves and so should our town. These are the positive attitudes and behavior that should be recognized and encouraged. (J. Downey)
